10ThousandWindows offers economic empowerment services for survivors of violence and exploitation. We help survivors get safe, dignifying work that provides greater financial security. Most economic empowerment programs for survivors of violence and exploitation, especially human trafficking survivors, focus on short-term, low-wage (and often low-dignity) jobs that leave them vulnerable further violence. We listen to survivors’ voices and support survivors in achieving their own goals. We understand the vulnerabilities and experiences of survivors of violence and exploitation and adapt our programs to their unique needs to help them stay safe.
